New Milton Junior School Pupils

If your child currently attends New Milton Junior school, and you would like to register them for the first time this academic year to Twilight club, please complete our registration form below to provide information about you and your child so that we can set you up on our Arbor online booking system.

ENROLMENTS FOR 26/27 TWILIGHT CLUB NOW OPEN

If you would like to be able to book sessions at our Twilight club during the 26/27 academic year, and your child will be a NM Junior School pupil, you will need to complete our 26/27 Twilight Club enrolment form so that club sessions will be open for you to book onto.  Please complete our online form via the link below to register your Junior child. 26/27 Twilight Club Membership Form For New Milton Junior School Pupils

Children who are pupils at New Milton Infant School can be booked onto Twilight Club straight away.

There are two available options for sessions:-

1. 1) 3:20pm until 5:00pm - £10 fee
2. 2) 3:20pm until 6:00pm - £13 fee

 We will offer your child a light snack, however this does not replace a main meal.

 All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance using the Infant School Arbor Portal (not NM Junior Arbor) .  You will need to top-up your Arbor childcare account balance using your bank card before you can book sessions, unless you have previously advised us that you are eligible for Tax-Free Childcare credits.

Parents of Junior school children will need to complete our Twilight Club Registration Form (see link above) so that we can register you on the Infant School Arbor portal.

We are able to accept Tax-Free Childcare Credits and Childcare vouchers, however you must notify the infant school office prior to booking your first session if you intend to use these methods of payment so that we can open this facility on your Arbor account.

Emergency Telephone Number

If your child is in Twilight Club and you have an emergency, (For example if you will be delayed due to an unexpected emergency event), you can contact the Twilight Club staff out of school hours on our emergency telephone number which is 07598457093 

Please do not use this number for general booking or payment queries as these queries can be dealt with by the school office team.

Tax Free Childcare

Many working parents are entitled to help towards childcare costs under the government's "Tax-Free Childcare" scheme.  Eligible working parents who can get a £2 top-up for every £8 towards the cost of their childcare.

Our registration for Tax Free Childcare comes under Hampshire County Council whose Unique Tax Reference (UTR) is 3111347356

If you are eligible for Tax-Free childcare, please email your Tax-Free Childcare reference number (eg ABC1234568D to the school office so we can set the facility up for you to pay for your sessions using Tax-Free Childcare credits.  You can then arrange to transfer funds from your Government childcare account into your Arbor portal childcare account to pay for the cost of your booked sessions.
